Special Student applicants only need to provide items 1-5 and 8 listed below.

The only GRE and TOEFL institution code needed is 3682.

   • o Unofficial transcripts should be uploaded to the Apply Yourself system as part of your application. If admitted, you will have 30 days upon matriculation to provide us with an official copy of all degree-bearing transcripts. If official transcripts are uploaded into ApplyYourself, these may be deemed sufficient.
   • International Applicants: Transcripts must be in English and, if applicable, also in the language of instruction. English translated transcripts must be
     • from the institution, or
     • by an officially certified translator, or
     • by an educational credential evaluation agency.
5. Three Letters of Recommendation for all degree programs submitted on-line via ApplyYourself.
