The only GRE and TOEFL institution code needed is 3682.

If admitted, you will have 30 days upon matriculation to provide us with an official copy of all degree-bearing transcripts. If official transcripts are uploaded into ApplyYourself, these may be deemed sufficient.
- International Applicants: Transcripts must be in English and, if applicable, also in the language of instruction. English translated transcripts must be
- from the institution, or
- by an officially certified translator, or
- by an educational credential evaluation agency.
- Three Letters of Recommendation for all degree programs submitted on-line via ApplyYourself.
