Special Programs for Current Students

Center for the Arts
Through cultural activities and artist-in-residence programs, the Center for the Arts offers a year-round schedule of events to enrich the Northeastern community. Recent events have included jazz concerts, theatre performances, and author appearances. Stop by the Northeastern ticket center in the lobby of Ell Hall or call 617-373-2247.

Prelaw Advising
Aspiring lawyers can be found in nearly every department in the Colleges of Arts and Sciences and Criminal Justice. Northeastern’s prelaw advisers help you navigate through all the possibilities and make decisions that advance your personal and professional goals.  Read our FAQ.

Premedical/ Predental Advising
Your premed or predental Advisor will orchestrate your efforts and guide your choices as you prepare for medical school. You will also have the benefit of a co-op advisor and a faculty advisor, as well as access to the online services of Northeastern’s PREMEDAdvising site.

Teacher Preparation/Education Program
Northeastern students may pursue teacher training in elementary, secondary, or higher education. Programs are available for full-time traditional students majoring in a content area, as well as for paraprofessionals who have an associate degree or equivalent credits through the Bridge Program.
