ADMISSION MATERIALS REQUIRED

Please note that in addition to the submission of your on-line application, all required admission materials must also be received by the stated deadlines to be considered for admission.

Special student applicants only need to provide items 1-5 and 8 listed below.

Graduate School of Arts and Sciences GRE and TOEFL institutional code is 3682 (department code not required).

  4. Official transcripts from all institutions attended.
    • Transcripts must be in English and, if applicable, also in the language of instruction. English translated transcripts must be officially certified by a translator or by an educational credential evaluation agency.
  5. Three Letters of Recommendation for all degree programs submitted on-line via ApplyYourself
    • Note for Special Student applicants only:
      • Law, Policy & Society - 2 letters
      • Mathematics - 2 letters
  6. GRE General Scores (code is 3682)
    • EXCEPT in:
      • Architecture
      • Art + Design
      • Chemistry (highly recommended)

    • TOEFL (100 iBT for Architecture, Biology and Journalism; 93 iBT for Chemistry; 79-80 for all other programs), or

    • degree earned at U.S. institution, or
    • degree earned at an institution where English is the only medium of instruction
