Course Proposal Forms

COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES NEW PROGRAM PROPOSAL FORM FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

Proposers of new undergraduate programs are strongly encouraged to meet with the dean or associate dean of undergraduate affairs early in the proposal process to discuss how the proposed program fits with the overall mission of the department and college.
Once the program is submitted to the Dean’s Office liaison to the College Curriculum Committee, it will be forwarded to the associate dean of administration and finance for a financial review. Proposers will be contacted by the associate dean and should meet with him or her to review the financial summary before the proposal will be considered by the Curriculum Committee.

They should be submitted online to the college’s Curriculum Committee liaison.
All forms should be submitted electronically to the Dean’s Office’s liaison to the College Curriculum Committee liaison, who will submit them to the associate dean for administration and finance and the Curriculum Committee.
