Self-Assessment
Self-assessment is a check-in with yourself to clarify who you are and what you want. You’ll look at your VIPS-Values, Interests, Personality and Skills.
Career Services has a variety of assessment tools (including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Skill Scan) to help you learn more about your VIPS.
Most people, no matter what age or stage, need help if they are not sure of their direction. Make an appointment with a Career Services counselor to talk about what kind of self-assessment plan would work best for you.
