How We Work with Students

  • One-on-one appointments for self-assessment, career exploration, decision making, job search strategy, networking advice and interview practice
  • Resume walk-in hours, daily
  • Graduating Student job search small groups, daily
  • Workshops, career information series and special events to provide information and training
  • Assistance with applying to Graduate school, Fellowships and doing a Gap Year
  • Web based resources:
  • — HuskyCareerLink, an NU job and internship bank and employer database
    — Going Global, a resource for exploring international possibilities
    — InterviewStream, an interview practice tool
  • Career Fairs, for all students to explore employers 
  • On-Campus Recruiting, for graduating students
  • Opportunities to meet employers in Information Sessions or Employer in Residence
