Hospitality Administration

Overview

Both domestically and abroad, the hospitality industry is growing at a breakneck pace—accounting for one in every eleven jobs worldwide. Technological advances, new approaches to environmental responsibility, and global expansion are driving demand for graduates who can lead complex customer-centric organizations.

A degree in Hospitality Administration will provide cross-functional capabilities that span the hospitality industry, including restaurants, institutional services, tourism, and hotels. You will study the importance of design within all aspects of the hospitality industry, including: construction, guest service, marketing, products and the environment. You will examine the fundamentals of hospitality administration—from finance and corporate strategy to ethics and project management. Combining theory exploration and case study analyses with real-world applications, the degree offers a high-impact learning experience providing you with the foundation to excel in this dynamic and rewarding industry.
