Boston is one of the most dynamic theatre cities in the United States. It is home to more than 100 theatre companies offering Northeastern students a range of experiences from dazzling Broadway musicals to cutting-edge fringe theatre.  Our campus is located on Boston’s Avenue of the Arts, right next to the Tony Award-winning Huntington Theatre Company, which has produced more than 100 premieres and sent 16 productions to Broadway or Off-Broadway.  Nearby are acclaimed theatres such as SpeakEasy Stage CompanyLyric Stage Company of Boston, and Company One.  Across the river in Cambridge is the American Repertory Theater, which has launched the recent Broadway hits Pippin, The Glass Menagerie, All the Way, and Finding Neverland.  Northeastern theatre students can receive discounted tickets to most professional productions in the region.  Discover what’s playing in Boston Theatre.
