CHALLENGE THE STATS with Angelica Hairston:
Celebrating African American Composers, Musicians, and Filmmakers

Challenge the stats is an engaging evening of music featuring harpist Angelica Hairston (MMIL ’16). She will be joined by soprano Jasmine Robinson, harpist Charles Overton, violinist Tim Reynolds, harpist Mason Morton, dancer Michael Morris Jr., filmmaker Harsha Menon (MFA ’17), and musicians from Project STEP.

Hairston presents an evening of music that celebrates some of the top conservatory-trained African American artists in Boston. The concert includes musical and dance performances, moving film presentations and a conversation about racial adversities in the fine arts.
