Dennis Miller’s ‘Altered Visions’ images on display

Dennis Miller is a multimedia artist whose works, which combine his own original music and animation, have been performed throughout the world. He is also the founder and artistic director of the Visual Music Marathon. In 2009, Miller became infatuated with photography and has been totally immersed in the art form since, winning awards for his work in venues such as B&W and Color Magazine. In his current show, Altered Visions, he transforms photographs of natural elements using digital tools.

Miller has been a faculty member of the Music Department at Northeastern University since 1981. He lives with his wife and cat in the western suburbs of Boston. He also has two abstract video works now screening as part of the Art on the Marquee project, a joint production of the Boston Cyberarts Festival and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.
