Judith Tick at Sounds of the City Conference

Professor Judith Tick is participating in the Conference called “Sounds of the City,” sponsored by the International Association for the Study of Popular Music, the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Sound, NYU, and the Experience Music Project Museum, Seattle to be held in NYC from March 22-25.  She is conducting an interview-session with Phoebe Jacobs, the recipient of a Jazz Citizen award from Jazz at Lincoln Center, head of the Louis Armstrong Foundation and close associate of many great jazz and pop artists, among them Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee.
