Professor Richard Katula’s Retirement Celebration

After 47 years in academe (the last 23 at Northeastern), Professor Richard Katula retired in May 2013. A beloved teacher, Katula taught courses on classical rhetoric and public address and directed an extremely popular Dialogue of Civilizations which took students to Athens, Greece to study Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle.
