As a  contributor to the catalogue and participant in a symposium for the recent exhibition Le Corbusier: Atlas of Modern Landscapes at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, Mardges Bacon will examine the architect’s strategies for engaging landscape in his work, as shown in the exhibition. She will also explore Le Corbusier’s invention of New York City, focusing on its skyscrapers.
