The School of Architecture congratulates 5th year student Elizabeth Dame, this year’s winner of the Fontainebleau Scholarship.
This is the second year this opportunity has been available to our students. The scholarship is provided by Tony Tappé, an important Boston architect.
The recipient has the opportunity to go to the Fontainebleau Schools, about 35 miles out side of Paris and study architecture. The program begins with a workshop in Paris and includes four weeks in Fontainebleau for studio, workshops and lectures. This is a great opportunity for an architecture student to be immersed in medieval architecture and collaborate in new ways with students from other architectural institutions as well as music students.
