Required Courses Unique to the Graduate Entry Doctor of Pharmacy Program
Students will be required to select one graduate level course each from:
- Management (CBA, MGT, HRM, BHS)
- Policy (LPS, POL, SOC, PHL, PMD, BHS)
- Diversity (CAP, CBA, BHS)
Note: Three letter abbreviations represent departments or programs within the University that offer graduate level courses applicable to this curriculum.
A sample curriculum might include:
- MGT G200 Organizational Behavior
- POL G321 Health Policy and Politics
- BHS G120 Race, Ethnicity and Health in the United States
Two electives will be selected to complement the management and leadership theme or specialty practice concentration.
Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience: One six credit experience will be selected to complement the management and leadership theme or specialty practice concentration. For example:
- PMD G467 Directed Practice Experience in Education or Research
- PMD G463 Pharmacy Administration

- PMD G462 Pharmaceutical Industry
