Anaerobic power assessment

  • Wingate testing

This test is used to assess how much power the muscles can generate in a short amount of time. The subject will be asked to do a 30-second bout of pedaling as fast as he/she can on a stationary bike while a predetermined amount of resistance is applied to the bike, making it hard to pedal.

Skeletal muscle strength and endurance analysis

skeletal

Skeletal muscle strength and endurance can be analyzed with a group of muscle function tests, including isokinetic test using Cybex, power test, and 1RM test.
