Research interests: Dr. Aroian's research focus includes developing nurse leaders by teaching, implementing and testing the "Leader as Developer" model, and on experiential education, where she is currently validating the Nursing Administration Standards of Practice and Professional Performance and its learning outcomes in graduate education.
