Laura Dudley, PhD, BCBA, has 20 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her MS from Northeastern University and  completed her PhD in ABA through Simmons College. Laura has served as part-time lecturer in the ABA programs at Northeastern University and Simmons College.


Laura Dudley joins the Department of Counseling and Applied Educational Psychology as Director of Applied Behavior Analysis Programs and Instructor. Laura is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who earned her MS in Applied Behavior Analysis through Northeastern University. She is currently completing her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons College. Laura’s research interests include experimental functional analysis of challenging behaviors, conditioned reinforcement, parent and staff training, social skills, curriculum, and program development. Laura has experience designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring quality programs for children with autism and related disabilities within public school systems.
