Overview

Dr. Kristen Morse earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and has been a practicing PT for more than 10 years. Ms. Morse also received her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. 

Prior to joining Northeastern University as a PT Cooperative Education Coordinator, her entire professional career had been within the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.  She began her PT career as a staff Physical Therapist at Spaulding West Roxbury and she later transitioned to a Float Physical Therapist for Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. 

Most recently, Ms. Morse was the Rehab Director at Spaulding West Roxbury for seven years, where she managed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists.  She also played a key role in the PT Student Program at her hospital and led an extremely active program that promoted the professional growth and development of Physical Therapy students.

Ms. Morse has extensive experience in working with patients with orthopedic, neurologic and oncologic diagnoses.  In addition to her clinical expertise, she is wound care certified, fluent in Spanish and a strong mentor to the PTs she works with.  She has had several oversee experiences including a volunteer Physical Therapist in Haiti and a Public Health Volunteer in Paraguay.
