Those interested in studying School Counseling at Northeastern University may apply as full or part-time students at any time of the year. The School Counseling Program accepts students on a "rolling admissions" basis; i.e., prospective students may apply on-line up to August 1 of the current year for fall admission and December 1 for spring admission.

All application materials must be submitted by the applicable deadlines, including official transcripts, letters of recommendation, and GRE and MAT scores.

Also, interested students may take a maximum of three designated courses as a "special student" without having been admitted to a degree or certificate program. With the attainment of a "B" or better grade, these courses may be applied toward a graduate program upon admission.
