“Meet the Researcher” Night attracts over 100 students from Bouvé College

On January 21, undergraduates from Bouvé College got the opportunity to meet face to face with Bouvé Faculty researchers and learn more about the important research taking place in the college. At this evening session held on the fourth floor lobby of the Behrakis Building, students got to meet in small groups with eleven faculty who shared their research projects and passion.

The students were exposed to a wide range of topics from the social development of young children, to new approaches for diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases, to the construction and validation of statistical prediction models for medical decision making, and to sensor-enabled mobile health technologies among other topics.
