Mayor's 24 Hour Constituent Service
The City of Boston has a new system for tracking constituent requests on any topic. When you call the mayor's 24-hour hotline with a question or concern, you will speak to a constituent service representative who will be able to handle your question or connect you with the appropriate person. If you have a specific request, it will be entered into an electronic tracking system. You will be given a tracking number that allows you to check on the status of your request at a later date.

Read more at Mayor's 24 Hour Constituent Service website. People can make requests and check the status of them online.

The hotline hires up to ten co-op students each cycle. It is a fabulous opportunity for our co-op students.

Also, Northeastern did a spotlight on the first batch of students there.
