Registration Fee

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The registration deadline to receive the discounted conference rate is June 30, 2009.

The registration fees for the conference are as follows:

Before June 30, 2009: $350 USD /participant; $170 USD/student
After June 30, 2009: $400 USD /participant; $200 USD/student

The participant registration fee covers the proceedings, abstract book, coffee breaks, lunches, and conference banquet. The student registration fee does not include the conference proceedings.

The fee for spouse/companion attending luncheons and the banquet is $110.
The fee for spouse/companion attending the banquet is $50.

SHORT COURSE REGISTRATION

Regular registration: $200 per course
Student registration: $100 per course

Please note registration payment must be received before the workshop. No CASH will be accepted at any time. All of the above registration fees should be paid online with credit card in advance.
