Not Too Late to Register for
Alumni/ae Weekend: May
12-13, 2006
You can register
online for NUSL's Alumni/ae Weekend. Join us for a
full array of activities, including a Friday night reception
for all graduates at Vinalia Restaurant and Lounge.
NUSL professors attending this event include Margaret
Burnham, Dick Daynard, Stacey Dogan, Dan Givelber, Steve
Subrin, Dean Emily Spieler, Margaret Woo, and others.
Retired professor Judy Brown will also join us.
Plan to attend Saturday night's always popular reunion
class dinner (for reunion class members and guests). Classes
include 1951, 1956, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996
and 2001. Professor David Hall will deliver the keynote,
discussing his new book, The Spiritual Revitalization
of the Legal Profession: A Search for Sacred Rivers.
On Saturday morning, we are offering a stimulating panel
discussion featuring Robert Crabtree '76, Leslie Winner
'76 and the Honorable Victoria Roberts '76. This panel
will be moderated by Professor Wendy Parmet.
In response to requests for family-friendly activities,
we are offering a Fenway Park tour on Saturday (free to
the first 50 persons who register) and a Duck Tour. Former
Dean Roger Abrams will accompany the Fenway tour, and
offer an insider's knowledge of the local world of baseball.

of 1981 Gathering
The
class of 1981 is gathering separately on Friday, May 12,
from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Atrium Bar at the Millenium Bostonian
Hotel (26 North Street), with music provided by Peter
Golemme ’81.
