Every ten years Northeastern University is called upon by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) to review and report on the work that we do. Many individuals at Northeastern have worked together to prepare a self-study document that will serve as the basis for the review. An evaluation team – a team of faculty members and administrators from other universities – will be on campus from November 2 – November 5.
Northeastern was most recently accredited in 1999.
The public is invited to submit comments regarding the institution directly to NEASC:

Written, signed comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of Northeastern and must be received by Friday, October 24, 2008. Comments will not be treated as confidential. Comments should include the name, address, and telephone number of the person providing the comments.
