If running or walking the 5K isn’t your idea of a good time, but you still want to be part of the action, we encourage you to lend a hand. Volunteers are needed at water stations, the finish area, baggage claim, and along the course at key course marshal positions.  Volunteers will also receive a Big Dog 5K t-shirt.
