Congratulations to everyone who participated in the first annual Northeastern Big Dog 5K!  We had over 400 runners and walkers -- a fantastic turnout for a race in its first year!  With sunny blue skies, participants enjoyed beautiful views along the Charles River as they ran through the Esplanade's scenic pathways.  The Office of Alumni Relations is looking forward to making this new event a tradition each year!

In the Alumni Division, the first  alumnus to cross the line was Patrick Harrington, AS'01, with a time of 18:29; and the first alumna was Erin Ballard, E'07, with a time of 19:55.

The winning student team in the Student Organization category was Triathlon Club. In the dorm team category, the winning team was Kerr Hall.

The Winner of the Big Dorm Challenge, the dorm with the highest participation, was Speare Hall.
