New Methods for Explosive Detection for Aviation Security
This fall’s ADSA will take place on: Tuesday, October 22, from 8:30am-8:00pm & Wednesday, October 23, from 8:00am-4:00pm
Registration will start at 8:00AM on Day One, and 7:30am on Day Two.

A Room block has been reserved for October 21-22 at the Inn at Longwood Medical, in Boston under “ALERTADSA09 Workshop”. The room rate is $199/night + tax. Please note: The room block reservation prices for the Colonnade have been extended until October 3rd. The room block reservation prices for the Inn at Longwood Medical has been extended until October 4th.
If you are attending the Task Order 3 Program Review, the room blocks are also available on October 23rd at the same rate.

Directions and Parking
A Campus map and directions are available online at www.neu.edu/campusmap. Northeastern University has two paid campus garages with parking: Renaissance Parking Garage(#62 on the campus map), located at 835 Columbus Avenue, Boston and Gainsborough Parking Garage (#45 on the campus map), located at 10 Gainsborough Street, Boston. Parking tickets will be validated at the workshop.
Reimbursements – Available for Academic Speakers Only
Please pay any expenses you consider to be eligible for reimbursement (see guidelines) and please complete our expense reimbursement form and submit along with original receipts to Melanie Smith (please make photocopies for your records) at the address below. Please include your home address if you would like the reimbursement made to your attention. Reimbursement requests must be submitted no later than 10 days following the completion of the trip or of incurring the expense.
