Internal Advisory Board
Board Mission: To advocate for and foster the incorporation of Northeastern ADVANCE initiatives into leadership, policies, and practices at Northeastern for the benefit and advancement of all faculty.
Board Membership: The Northeastern ADVANCE Internal Advisory Board consists of administrators and faculty leaders who have a proven record in academia and who are in the position to create and identify opportunities to develop and maintain a positive environment for women and diversity, in general. The Internal Board will meet twice a year (Fall, Spring) to help to review and guide future program objectives. Members of the Northeastern University STRIDE committee are also members of the internal advisory board. After two years, one fourth of the internal board will rotate off to enable additional faculty leaders and administers to participate in Northeastern ADVANCE Leadership.
