Dr. Kimberley Eddleston, Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, will lead a discussion about her research on women managers and entrepreneurs. Kimberley will describe the Glass Ceiling and how women are fairing in “breaking through” and on how they are balancing their lives as leaders in their respective fields.
