Future Faculty Fellow Dr. Collette Ncube invited to National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) Grant Writing Coaching Group

This competitive NIH-funded program was created, for postdocs and junior faculty actively writing grant proposals, to assist in the development of the skills required to effectively convey the research being proposed and its importance. By participating, mentees will develop competencies in effective writing approaches for NIH-style research proposals and have access to content experts to assist with research design, if needed. The coaching groups are unique in that intensive coaching is provided over a 2-3 month period with a combination of one-on-one and group sessions. The desired outcome of participation is submission of an NIH grant proposal at the end of the program.
