Transfer Students

Each year, we welcome 550 transfer students into our community.

Your success is very important to us. That's why Northeastern offers support services geared to the specific needs of transfer students, including admissions advising and orientation programs.

Our dedicated transfer counselors will ensure your smooth transition into the admission process, and you'll attend one of two mandatory orientation sessions to help acclimate you to life at Northeastern.

On the NU service-learning experience

"Northeastern gives you many ways to learn a lot about social problems while contributing to the political process. People sometimes criticize academia for being too detached from the world, but this is a way to engage with the world." >>
