At Northeastern, the world is your classroom. Our leadership in global, experiential learning provides unmatched opportunities for study, work, research, and service in more than 176 cities outside of the U.S. Our students are citizens of the world, immersed in new languages, cultures, and academic environments that deepen their knowledge and challenge their perspectives.

The World Language Center prepares Northeastern students to make the most of their global experiences, offering classes in more than 15 languages.

The Office of International Cooperative Education and the Office of International Study Programs are key resources for students who are interested in pursuing an international experience.

The Presidential Global Scholars initiative supports our students’ international co-op aspirations, awarding up to 200 competitive grants each year.

These opportunities give our students the chance to engage with the world and exchange ideas in the common pursuit of academic, cultural, and professional experience and enterprise.
