The purpose of this document is to explain how to read the FRS Monthly Account Statement (FBM090), Report of Transactions (FBM091), and Payroll Distribution Report (PR605PPA) you receive each month. Specifically, samples of each report are included with an explanation of what each column contains.

Please note that this documentation covers only the FMB090 and FBM091 reports for the Operating Budget, ledger 2. If you need information about ledgers 3, 5, and 6, contact the Budget Office.
