IS - E-mail Account Expiration
Electronic mail accounts are provided under the terms of the Appropriate Use Policy, available at
and staff: E-mail accounts are terminated upon the departure of an
individual leaving the University. This notification can be an explicit
notification or implicit by an individual's name no longer appearing on
a list of current employees.
- Students: E-mail accounts will be terminated one year after graduation, or four quarters of not being a registered student.
