PROCEDURE:

Account termination:

  • Faculty and staff: E-mail accounts are terminated upon the departure of an individual leaving the University. This notification can be an explicit notification or implicit by an individual's name no longer appearing on a list of current employees.

  • Students: E-mail accounts will be terminated one year after graduation, or four quarters of not being a registered student.
