Human Resource Management - Time Reporting
Policy
PURPOSE: To ensure that accurate records are maintained for attendance.
SCOPE: All University employees.
POLICY:
2. Attendance records for non-exempt employees must also reflect variations from the regular scheduled work week with respect to hours actually worked.
3. A Time Exception Report must be submitted to the HR/Payroll Service Center when an employee runs out of paid time.
4. Absences due to illness of more than five days must be reported to HRM-Benefits.
