Introduction

Human Resources Management (HRM) is a pro-active partner with the University in defining and implementing key HR initiatives that support the University's strategic plan.

Mission and Core Values:

Our mission is clear: To design, develop and continually improve a comprehensive human resources management program for Northeastern University that will attract and retain a highly qualified faculty, administrative and support staff consistent with the University's mission. At the heart of HRM are its values of integrity, respect and professional ethics. A highly responsive, knowledgeable and customer service focused staff provides a coordinated array of technology-supported services and programs to recruit and retain high quality faculty and staff. This is achieved through the development and implementation of programs, practices and policies in benefits, compensation, employment, operations, and payroll and HR systems.
