Husky Card Office - Monthly Parking Pass Purchases Via Payroll Deduction
Procedure
PROCEDURE:
1. The full-time benefits-eligible employee completes the MBTA Election Application (available in the Cashier's Office) five weeks in advance of the desired month of the pass.
2. Payroll deductions will begin on the first of the month (prepaid).
3. The employee should pick up the pass at the Cashier's Office during the last five business days of the month providing that the T passes have been received from the MBTA. The Cashier's Office is open from 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
4. To cancel the employee's participation in the program, the employee must complete the MBTA Discontinuation Form five weeks prior to the desired month of termination.
