EVENT CALENDAR | RESERVATION FORM


The Office of Events and Operations plans and implements programs and activities for student, University and community audiences and manages the scheduling of conference rooms, the Amilcar Cabral Memorial Center, and events taking place at John D. O'Bryant African-American Institute. In addition, the office is dedicated to collaborating with student organizations to help orchestrate their events and the utilization of an array of AAI services.

Amilcar Cabral Memorial Center

Established in 1975, the Amilcar Cabral Memorial Student Center is a component of the Institute that provides cultural, educational, and social programs that relate to the experiences of people of African origin throughout the world. It also serves as an events facility for the University and the local community. The Center offers students a place to mingle, enjoy fun and games, and host events.
