 End-of-Year Multicultural Mixer
In Honor of Ellen S. Jackson, Civil Rights Activist

Ellen S. Jackson, former dean of Affirmative ActionThe End-of-Year Multicultural Mixer provides an opportunity for Northeastern's diverse faculty and staff to network and have a good time at the close of another successful academic year.

Through the Book of Excellence, distributed at the mixer, we acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of our distinguished faculty and staff.  In addition to good food and fun, an assortment of raffle prizes are available for attendees as a token of thanks from area businesses.

The event is named in honor Ellen S. Jackson (1935-2005), former dean of the Office of Affirmative Action and Diversity, and prominent civil rights activist in Boston.  Her legacy of leadership includes the pursuit of equity and social justice, cushioned in the foundations of education and community activism.
