Initial certification and re-certification courses are open to  the general Northeastern University community (including faculty, staff, students and alumni) and are limited to 12 individuals per class. Classes are taught by officers who are American Heart Association CPR Instructors. Registration for the course is granted on a first come first serve basis. Please be advised that you must personally come in to the Public Safety Division Headquarters located at 716 Columbus Avenue, Suite 100 in order to register for the desired course session.

The Northeastern University along with the EMS Institute will be charging a $25.00 participation fee for each individual registered to take the CPR Certification course; or a $15.00 participation fee for the Re-Certification Course. The initial fee will cover all costs associated with the CPR program which include all instructed course sessions, a CPR Pocket mask (for those who are registered to take the CPR Certification course) and the official certification card received by the participant following the successful completion of the course. 

NOTE: Fees MUST be paid in full when registering for the CPR/Re-Certification Course and there is a NO REFUND POLICY once you register.

            *Registration hours are from 8:30AM until 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

            *Payments will be honored in the form of a personal check, money order, or 
           N.U. Husky card only. Cash payments will not be accepted.

          *If paying via personal check the registration fee should be paid out to the order of 
                "Northeastern University."

          *All payments will be collected by the Northeastern University Public Safety Division
            following the process of registration.

Fee: $15.00 or $25.00 (payable to Northeastern University by check or money order in advance or N.U. Husky card). Students will receive a CPR pocket mask with a one-way valve when they register for the certification course. The masks are mandatory for the course, students will not be allowed to attend the class without one.
